An Australian Business Number or ABN is a business's unique identifier that is registered and maintained by the Australian Business Register (ABR). Whenever you start a business regardless of the structure you choose or your business turnover you must have an ABN by law.

 

An ABN is required to be included on all invoices generated and issued by your business.
